Workout 57/7/10 for 2020/April/pandemic. Good workout, around 40 minutes, nice and sweaty. Lots of light weights. Sore left hip again 2 days later. Really like the padded floor of the commercial gym I can't go to.
242.2 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 2.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
