Guess I am going to have to stop with the Atkins products. Everytime I use them I start craving sweets and my hunger gets out of control. Also I noticed my diet soda has modified food starch? WTH? Even though I worked out for an hour yesterday I am completely out of ketosis.
157.5 lb Lost so far: 2.5 lb.    Still to go: 27.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
