Energy and been up and down over the past week. Anxiety seems to be better. Hunger has been up and down. I have decided to take a week off from the gym. I wont go back until next Wednesday. This is hopefully to let my body recover. I have been going hard on my lifts since the beginning of the year with only 3-4 lighter days. I have a feeling that maybe this fatigue/energy proble may have part to do with not enough rest/CNS being overworked. My reflexes and processing are still not 100%.
