Since I haven't been feeling well, I haven't been keeping up with my diet. I gained a little bit of weight, but I'm feeling better lately, so hopefully I'll be able to follow my diet today! 5 meals around 300 or 400 calories. I know if I do it right, I won't be hungry at all!
206.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 16.4 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
