I've totally blown my diet and exercise routine to smithereens. So I have to get back on the band wagon. I want to be much slimmer for the holidays, so I'm going to really ramp up my cardio and really watch all those extra calories. And I think I'm going to launch my own challenge. I hope people will join me.
151.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 16.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
