Doing well, doing well :) Not going to be thin by Japan like I planned, but my whole attitude has changed so I'm not feeling sad about that. Fast and sudden weight loss isn't healthy or sustainable. Slow and steady is the way to go!
168.7 lb Lost so far: 16.5 lb.    Still to go: 14.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
