Everything doing well. Recently discovered what "loosing water weight" meant. Putting down the salt shaker.
Lost an average of 2.5lbs since the diet started! (not much, but there is a small improvement and an ongoing effort)
New goal: To weigh 120.9lbs at most on Christmas day therefore having lost about 10 pounds since the start of the Diet (that means I've got about 6 weeks to loose 6 lbs or more)
