I had way too many carbs yesterday clearly so I am being honest with myself and you guys. I was up .2 today. I plan to walk, yoga at home & stretching today. Have a wonderful weekend ya'll. Be good to each other. 🤗🖖🐬🙋‍♀️🌻🦋💛💐
