Adjusting diet as I head towards my 3rd weight goal. Reducing carbs (not stripping carbs, just reducing) and increasing the quality of protein. We'll see how that works out.
189.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 14.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
