Looks like it is holding. Made it to under 200 pounds.
198.8 lb Lost so far: 100.6 lb.    Still to go: 13.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

ONE-der land!!! Awesome! Appreciated your post about "changing your goal weight" I have been considering the same thing... I picked 220 because it was just the other side of "normal" weight from overweight..and honestly it seemed like an unreachable goal when I started. Now... it is 50 lbs away..more than half way there. I guess where I have decided to be is... I will make that decision WHEN I actually get there. :) I , too, have been hearing the "don't lose too much weight/you'll be too skinny." hmmmmm what a concept. :)
