I just finished a 176 hour water fast (7 days and 8 hours). I had planned on going 14 days but it’s Hubby’s birthday and I don’t want to sulk and resent all the people around me eating or be a buzz kill of any kind on his day. I’m happy about the loss. Really focused on how to maintain the loss. But since we are on strict quarantine for another week. I’ll do another 5-7 days water fasting after today.
Here are my daily results (I weighed every morning after emptying my bladder):
Day 1 - 83.8 Day 2 - 81.9 Day 3 - 81.2 Day 4 - 80.4 Day 5 - 79.8 Day 6 - 78.8 Day 7 - 77.8
Total loss for the week: 6 kgs (not bad for all the suffering on day 5&6).

Still to go: 21.4 lb.
Diet followed reasonably well.
