not smoking...I am sooo hungry all the time. I guess I am feeding the craving to smoke. I am using the nicorette gum. It reallly helps. But it does not help with the hunger. When I get my next pay check I am going to buy a bunch of things that I can eat 24/7 that is healthy and satisfying. If you have any ideas to healthy snacks that I can eat tons of... please share.
267.6 lb Lost so far: 2.4 lb.    Still to go: 87.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I'm not sure if it would help, but have you tried making the soups from Y.O.A.D.? They help me when I'm hungry. The worst times of day for me are afternoon and right before dinner. I'll have a cup of soup and it helps,maybe because they take so long to eat? I make a big pot of soup Sunday afternoon for the week so it's always there. obviously veggies are always ok but seriously NOT what I want.I don't know about you! Good luck, stick it out and congrats on quitting smoking I know how hard that is...
