Been sick all week. Been following the diet but being sick isn't helping. Sorry Yellow team. Will get back to it the best I can as soon as I can breath and not blow my nose 100 times a day. lol
163.0 lb Lost so far: 15.0 lb.    Still to go: 13.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Hope you feel better real soon. That is how I was a couple of weeks ago. Just want to cut your nose off to get that crap out. And way to go following the diet even being sick.

don't you dare feel sorry for anything. You have been doing great and everyone is entitled to get sick once in a while. When I am sick I crave my comfort foods that are not at all diet friendly. Hope you feel better, and you better take it easy on the housework and walking till you are feeling better. Get some rest is you can. I hate it when I can't breath like that.. is your nose all red and sore... I hate that too! Best wishes
