I'm pretty happy. I lost 1.8 pounds on my first day. Keep it goin' girl! It's a beautiful day for a walk. 🦋🌻🤸‍♀️🤗💐🚶‍♀️
192.2 lb Lost so far: 1.8 lb.    Still to go: 52.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Thanks guys. I'm new to this app and have a pretty long way to go so I definitely need encouragement. It looks like a lot of you are doing great so that's awesome. I had some success losing weight a few years ago. I lost 30 pounds when I was taking care of my mom & dad and I was part of another app. I think the stress and being so busy I barely had time to eat was part of it. Now I need to get back on the horse.
