Saw the doctor. She told me to exercise (in so many words, she was nice but firm about it). So today, I will exercise (30 day Shred). Also tried having breakfast (prob should've skipped the ham) so that I'll eat less at lunch. Good news is I'm really looking forward to a salad with lots of veggies :)
