My feet are not swollen and I don’t feel as bloated. Just need to remember to get my feet up through out the day. 🤓
I also try to stay away from salty food as much as possible.

163.0 lb Lost so far: 21.4 lb.    Still to go: 23.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
