Disappointed in myself. I relapsed into old way of eating since last weigh in, But today's a new day. I've got this
222.4 lb Lost so far: 22.6 lb.    Still to go: 23.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1300 kcal Fat: 62.50g | Prot: 53.54g | Carb: 139.95g.   Breakfast:  Hard-Boiled Egg , Dole Bananas. Elevenses: Pistachio Nuts. Lunch: I Can't Believe It's Not Butter! Light Vegetable Oil Spread, Pepperidge Farm Deli Swirl Rye & Pump Bread,  Boiled Egg. Tea: Well Pict Sliced Strawberries, Kroger Unsalted Dry Roasted Almonds. Dinner: Iberia Aloe Vera Drink, Meijer 4% Cottage Cheese,  Taco Meat, Tillamook Sharp White Cheddar Shredded Cheese, Dakota's Pride Garbanzo Beans. Snacks/Other: Oreo Chocolate Sandwich Cookies. more...
