I'm fat.
183.0 lb Lost so far: 8.5 lb.    Still to go: 20.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

If you’re still in the red with only 20 lbs to go, you’re not that bad lol. We all have days that we feel “fat” lol. You can knock out those 20 lbs!!!
