Yesterday started off great and ended stressy but I still got in a bit of time on the elliptical and I resisted the emotional bad eating!
249.6 lb Lost so far: 46.4 lb.    Still to go: 74.6 lb.    Diet followed N/A.

1948 kcal Fat: 89.35g | Prot: 59.55g | Carb: 240.34g.   Breakfast: banana, cinnamon, v8 fusion, nutri-flax organic flax seed powder, organic yogurt, spinach, pc frozen raspberries, blueberries, almond breeze unsweetened chocolate, benefiber. Lunch: mcdonald's iced tea, mcdonald's double cheeseburger, mcdonald's medium fries. Dinner: orange soda, 12-thin-crust-pepperoni-feast-pizza. Snacks/Other: halls, tim horton's chocolate chip muffin. more...
