I'm just starting on this new app today. I stepped on the scale this morning and I weighed a whopping 194#! Our country is in the middle of a COVID-19 Pandemic but that is no excuse. (Well...I guess it kind'v is except for the extra eating because I'm bored.) I used to belong to an APP called My Plate a few years ago and it worked pretty well for me because it kept me accountable by logging my food and also sharing with other people.
I need to take it 1 day at a time. I'm also going to go back on the prescribed diet pills for a while and see if that helps me. It helps to not be hungry 24/7 and because I'm staying home I'm around food 24/7 and I'm clearly gaining weight again. I need to get off of the pity potty and JUST DO IT!!! My goal (once again) is to lose 54#. According to your chart if I eat 1300 cal. per day I can get to my goal by October. (If I eat 1800 per day it would take me until March of next year) so I'm going to try to stick to the 1300 cal. limit. If I get into a rut I may eat a few more calories for a few days and then go back down. My goal is to get down to 140# which would be totally awesome. I plan to eat healthy and exercise a minimum of 6 days per week. I CAN DO IT AND I WILL DO IT! I HAVE THE POWER IN ME TO ACCOMPLISH MY GOALS. WITH FAITH & GOD'S HELPING HAND I CAN ACCOMPLISH WHATEVER I SET FOR A GOAL. I'M A BEAUTIFUL CARING HUMAN BEING AND WILL CARE FOR MY MIND AND BODY SO THAT I WILL BE PROUD OF WHAT I HAVE PLANNED FOR MYSELF THIS DAY. MY HEALTH IS VERY IMPORTANT SO I WILL CONTINUE TO EAT AND EXERCISE FOR THIS ENDEAVOR AND BECOME THE PERSON I AM WORKING TO BECOME.
JUST DO IT!!!🤗💃💗
