Workout 55/5/8 for 2020/April/Pandemic. 2nd workout in 3 days, which is closer than I've been doing them since things changed.
242.2 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 2.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.8 lb a week
