245.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 100.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Yep! It's especially helpful if you enter the food as you eat it, or before..frequently I will plan out my meals for the day, based on what I plan to eat, then realize that I need to adjust things, instead of coming up to dinner and only have 300 calories left, and I planned something that was 600...oops! It's always great to have a little left over calories to play with. Good luck, Old Mommy!
