70kg weighing myself at 11.00pm is not smart but it’s honest.
I should be asleep though I’ve studied for two hours straight now I’m struggling to shut off.

Didn’t exercise enough today , I focused more on stretch and core work. Tendinitis has made it impossible to perform proper cardio.
I’m really missing being able to put the joggers on and run.
So.... I brought a bike! 😊😊💜💜
Should be here next week
154.3 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 11.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
