After a wonderful "girl's weekend" in Nashville with my two precious daughters, I was amazed to get on the scales and discover that my weight was only 175 pounds! Thank you, Jesus! I guess this once again proves that even if I just get up and walk a while, it will help with my weight. You know, I am alergic to exercise. It goes back to my really "chubby" days of junior high and high school P.E. But I really have never considered walking as exercise. Even at the ripe old age of 62, I can still learn a thing or two! THANKS, Allison and Michelle, for such a special time of shopping and, most importantly, those "girl Talks". Have a blessed day!
