These last five lbs or so are a beast. I really just want to lose the old love handles and tighten up the abs and lower back. I don't know that I need to lose much weight but just get it all tightened up. I need to stick closer to my proper eating regiment if I am going to achieve my goal by the 19th.
190.0 lb Lost so far: 20.0 lb.    Still to go: 10.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
