OMG, so close to buying a Reese's Peanut Butter cup, but I walked away. I was hungry at the time. Have a bean salad and trout instead, lol!

I walked into a cinnamon bun this week... I wasn't as strong.

Oh no on the cinnamon bun! As long as you eat well and stay with your allotted calorie deficit for the week you should be ok. Try making oatmeal with cinnamon. Not the same but oatmeal is warm and comforting. Drop a few raisins in there for a little more sweetness. 😋

Every morning, except Saturday, I have rolled oats, cinnamon, walnut, with a tsp of maple sugar - delicious! Satisfying and tasty!

haha, I'm the same. When I eat light, I reward myself with frozen berries, almonds, and 1/4 cup granola doppled with no fat vanilla yogurt. It has helped me so much when I've needed something substantial to keep me on my game. I see it as my milk and cookies!

I like the frozen berries too... with either greek yogurt... or if I need lighter... gay-lea real whipped cream - bit of sweet and surprisingly not a bad choice!
