Guys I started doing intermittent fasting again 5 days ago after months of slacking and since then I’ve lost 2.5kg (5.5 pounds) and I’m still able to eat chocolate and anything else as long as I’m within my calories. Honestly I highly recommend.
168.7 lb Lost so far: 11.9 lb.    Still to go: 36.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 15.4 lb a week
