I am within the 5 lb. weight range I wish to be. So if I gain or lose 3-5 pounds, I'm still okay with this. My present weight is under 20 pounds of my 'ideal weight' according to WW. I want to eat correctly (of which I haven't of late) and continue to exercise (run) to maintain a healthy lifestyle. Since I am a Lifetime Member of WW, my weighing in will not be weekly noted as in the beginning.
One of my goals is to run a half marathon in the next year. I say year because this will be a difficult time of year to train for my first one and I feel it will delay 'when' I am able to run it. I hope I will be able to mostly run it.
