I woke up late for work yesterday which wouldnt be a problem except I had a call with my boss and another member of leadership. Sooo...I frantically got myself together and at my desk on time, but forgot to weigh in. 😁
I tightened my fitbit on yesterdays walk and I could see a difference in the steps. Ive been feeling a little defeated with my steps because they were so low - even with the extra walking Ive been doing so it was nice to see that Im on the right track. I hate this new band so Ive been wearing it a little looser.
Basically same goals: Water Track
