Guten Morgen ihr Lieben! 🙋‍♀️ Hormone ärgern mich noch immer, aber ich glaube ich hin wieder ganz gut in der Spur,... die Sonne lacht auch, also auf zur Arbeit! 😎 ich wünsche euch einen tollen Tag!🤗

Ankajia, das ist eine der einfachsten Figuren, die ich kenne😅 tut etwas in der Kniekehle weh, aber fallen nahezu unmöglich, und man braucht weder hipkey, noch invert noch auch nur den fußknoten😅

Hi! Nice move. I am also an aerialist! I dont know this move. Is the ankle&knee lock strong enought take both hands off the silk if you squeeze the your calf against your thighs ? It looks really fun.

Hi newfoundcarla, and thank you! 🙋‍♀️ I like this move, too, especially because it‘s really easy (not that comfortable for the knee, but it’s ok 😎) and yes, it is strong enough to take both hands off the silk😁 (unfortunately I don‘t have a picture of that, jet,...🤔) if you want to try, I can try to explain how it works,... you have to twirl both silks 3 times around one leg, secure that with the other foot, and than go through the silks with your upper body. Take the silk which is not at the side of the „turned in leg“ with both hands an go through the silks with the free leg, too, while turning your body in a backbalance,..(sorry, I‘m not that good in English, so it‘s hard to explain what I mean, I hope you understand what I want to say 🙈🙋‍♀️)

Ahh cool, my speciality is static trapeze/ mostly because i find the twirls, and turns, and wraps of silks very confusing in any language lol!!! But i think i can follow! I am off training now because i train indoors in a school. Will try next time i have a chance!

I know what you mean,... usually I’m training indoor, too, but actually that is not possible, and so I‘m glad to have my own silk,...😎 I didn’t try any other aerial discipline so far, but I was thinking about trying the hoop, before the situation got this difficult,... perhaps when all is over 🤷‍♀️
