Not so bloated Lt foot no swelling today. Rt foot is better but still has slight swelling. Baby steps but trying to get there despite it all. Be safe out there. 🙏❤️🤓
164.2 lb Lost so far: 20.2 lb.    Still to go: 24.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
