Would you please explain BMI to me? How do you know when you're there or one pound away? Do you know how to calculate your BMI?

BMI is a measure of body fat based on height and weight. Your BMI is considered normal between 18.5-24.9, overweight 25-29.9, and obese is anything over 30. It is not always an accurate depiction if you have lots of muscle which weighs more than fat. If you google, BMI calculator, you can put in your height and weight and it will calculate it for you then you can look at a BMI chart and see where your "normal" weight range is😊

Also, for me being 5 foot 4, my overweight range is 146-174 and my "normal" is 108-145. Hope this helps!
