Wow, so frustrationed. Been doing my thing, trying my best to eat right, drink water and yet I see little to no progress. Im up, I'm down.... and I really just want to see my work paying off 😂
233.2 lb Lost so far: 39.2 lb.    Still to go: 61.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
