Still walking at lunch time. I have two co-workers that push me to do it. Otherwise, I could go shopping or out to lunch. But I've been good and have been walking with them about 2 miles during lunch. We do it in about 25 minutes, so that still leaves us time to eat. This is also forcing me to pack a lunch and not eat out so much. I pre-cut some veggies and put them in baggies, so it's easy to grab them in the morning. So, I'm not quite sure why I gained weight. Maybe it's PMS.
Also, recently had a yearly check-up, and my doctor said my triglycerides are a bit high, so I need to stay away from carbs and exercise more.
Also, because of the thyroid cancer, I need to stay on a low iodine diet, and that means I have to avoid chocolate, dairy, seafood, eggs, and other things. Basically, fresh fruit and veggies. I miss the dairy the most!
201.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 51.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 1.5 lb a week
