Was very sick last week with a headcold. I then cracked one of my teeth. Thankfully the tooth I cracked was in the back. No exercise Monday and Tuesday and only walking the rest of the week and weekend. I am now back on track. I am feeling better. I got my Zumba and a walk in already today.
165.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 25.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Thank you!! I do feel better and only two more visites to the DDS and this princess will have her crown!! lol
