Somehow lost 2 pounds this week. Not really sure how. Probably water weight variation or something. Ate more than usual is my perception. But I'll take it and smile. Hopefully it's a break in the mini-plateau of 3 weeks and is the next step on the road down. Over the last 50 days of Fatsecret tracking, the most caloric days have been the state fair, bride's peanut butter bars, bride's brownies, and bride's chocolate caramel bars, plus a bad streak of Fridays. How to moderate this? Overall, it's been much better than usual and even the bad days are not the outliers that they once were. Plus, they are one day of bad, not he first of a days-long bad streak, inspired by badness on the first day. Moderated well after initial peanut butter bar overage. Underadjusted with chocolate caramel bars, because just the first day they tasted really good, but not as good after that, but I keept eating, hoping. So, be more mindful there. A little below average on brownie moderation after 1st day. Definitely moving the right direction.
223.6 lb Lost so far: 16.4 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
