Yes it's a gain, but only 0.2lb. And to be honest after this weekend I have no right to be upset about it. And given the difference between wearing my suit trousers and my jeans when I weighed in Monday and Wednesday last week this is still an effective drop of 2lb. So Yay.
Ended up at the local Toby carvery yesterday and had a sponge pudding after my roast dinner. None of which is recorded because it would all be guesswork. And I'm not going to be good this week either.
