Ok, so it looks like I may have broken through the plateau I hit at 230lbs. I got into a "biggest loser" competition at work and I really think it helps me stay on track. I also like to talk trash about winning so I have to back myself up lol. I've been on and off Herbalife. I really love the product but I also really love food so I do it for a few weeks then follow a regular diet for a little bit, then back to Herbalife. I'm going to Vegas for my 30th birthday next month and my goal was to lose 10lbs before then. Let's see how well I can do!
