OK, here I go again. I'm really getting started back this time. I lost 55 pounds 8 years ago and have almost gained it all back. It seems the older I get the easier it goes on! I joined back to the gym and just know that is the ticket to getting it back off. I'm 45 and need to get back in shape before it get any older!
