Weighing myself in last night, before bed, I was 144.6lb. When I rolled out of bed this morning, I was 143.1 lb. Somewhere, while I had been asleep, from 1145pm to 640am - I had lost 1.5lbs. I'm curious to know what happened last night to make me drop so quickly, when over the past week I had been working out and eating correctly and I had somehow managed to GAIN 2 lbs. hmmmm.
And now what is even more strange is that after my 8 hr work shift, I'm now 142.4lb. I managed to sweat out .7 of a pound, in 1 day. is my body finally realizing that it needs to trim down in order to keep up? Or has this green tea really been a miracle worker?
142.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 12.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Water weight can make your weight fluctuate. Watch your salt intake and make sure you're drinking plenty of water. I've been known to fluctuate 5 or more pounds depending on how much fluid retention was going on.
