This am when I first got out of bed. BMI 29.8 considered overweight. I like that a lot better than Obese 😝I am trying to not slip back to that category. It is hard to do when you can find what you need and want. This too shall pass.

163.2 lb Lost so far: 21.2 lb.    Still to go: 23.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
