Packing and getting ready to move. off of ideal protein, trying to do less meat. Not sure what is going on but since carbs, dairy back in diet and fruit, increased belching, bloating & farting....episode of severe bloating after a virus and not sure if it is IBS or diverticulosis or the virus or the diet. Anyways, trying to do it on my own. TRIED TO GO BACK TO IDEAL PROTEIN, NOT GETTING ANY RESPONSE. Was kind of done any way. Have to learn to eat balanced on my own. NIGHT is still a problem.
156.6 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 16.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
