I have been staying under 1600 calories eating wise, but I have been exercising at least 1700 calories. Which means since I used to eat around 2000 and never gained a bunch of weight that I am eating 400 less and exercising all of it off every day as well as burning an extra 100. So, this is awesome! I never thought I could be back at 123.
