Thank you! Been stuck on the same weight this whole year so decided I needed to get a little more serious about this again😅

I've also decided that this year I won't be giving up... So whether my cheat weekends or meals slow me down a little, I'm gonna keep going. And for me... For now... Daily weighing has been my motivator... Prior to this I was always terrified to get on the scale... So always ate till the damage was really bad...
