어제 밤 10시에 라면한그릇 원샷
몸무게 줄어듬.
탄수화물은 섭취후 2-3일 후에 몸무게 증가
108.5 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 18.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.8 lb a week
