I only had one coffee today which I held out for until lunchtime. I usually drink black coffee till lunch (which I've trained myself to do and broke a stall) so had cream in it as it was after 12pm. I much prefer it with cream and even though I wanted to have no coffee (see if it breaks my current stall due to the most recent read on coffee and the detrimental effects on weightloss), going down from 4 coffees to 1 is a win for me. let's see of I can keep it up and if it kicks my weight loss off again.
