Finally down 40 pounds! WhooHoo! I was hovering around the edges for about 3 weeks. I am proud of myself for getting there before the end of April.
222.0 lb Lost so far: 40.0 lb.    Still to go: 22.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
