My feet look normal today. Got another 12 minutes on the air walker, used the stairs for exercise yesterday. Also used my 5 pound hand weights and did some arm exercise. Did my stretching 🙆‍♀️ I learned in PT for my sciatica. When I was sick about all I could do were the stretching.
I think I am back on the mend. 🤓🤓❤️❤️🙏🙏
162.6 lb Lost so far: 21.8 lb.    Still to go: 22.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
