The easy weight loss is coming to an end. Have to be satisfied with 2-3 lb per week. Can still reach goal in summer if I keep the course. Good job so far!
275.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 45.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
