Energy has been low lately although it was a little better last night. Energy is very low this morning. I feel so slugish. Part of it could be because I ate a bigger breakfast than usual (1400 Cal). I am discovering that the reasons I was having issues with motevation to do stull is because of the combination of being hungry all the time and having low energy. If there were no other hidden issues I would guess that this would come from being in a caloric defecit. The only issue is that I have been averaging 3000 calories for the past several days. I can't imagin that this is a huge defecit if any. I seem to be looking softer and it's probably from the increased calories. I have also been gaining weight slowly but as alwayse, it's hard to tell what's actually going on. I will continue to eat around 3000 and slowly increase to see if hunger and or energy gets better.
